Why we built it

Most towing math is a spreadsheet wearing a costume.

Dry weight is a museum number. Loaded is what's rolling. This calculator does the loaded math, water, propane, gear, people, and tells you the truth in color.

βš–οΈ The 80% rule

Max tow ratings assume flat road, no wind, sea level. Real roads have hills, passes, and panic stops. Keeping loaded weight at or under 80% of rated capacity is the buffer experienced RVers respect.
