A mobile technician drives to your RV and repairs it where it sits, which is what you need if the RV cannot be moved or you do not want to wait for a shop bay. A service center is a shop you drive to, with the bays, lifts, and parts for bigger jobs like collision repair, roof replacement, and structural work.
Two different things, and they are not the same call. Roadside means the vehicle is the problem and the RV may not move, so those businesses work on chassis, engine, drivetrain, brakes, or arrange towing. Emergency mobile repair means something inside the coach has failed, like a furnace, water heater, or refrigerator, and a technician comes to your site. The first is for being stranded. The second is for an RV that is parked but unlivable.
Choose "my RV will not move" above. Every business there comes to you or dispatches, and works on the vehicle itself rather than only what is inside it. If you need a tow specifically, say so on the call, since not all of them run a tow truck. For a diesel chassis breakdown, a dedicated roadside diesel service is often the fastest option.
By whether they reach your area, then by how close they are to you. A business that works out of your own town, or that names your town or county as somewhere it covers, comes ahead of one that is simply based nearby, because those are the ones that will actually reach you. If a business names no town and no area, it still appears, marked with the region it serves.
